What we do

From regular maintenance to major repairs

Our environmental technicians are ready to handle all of your septic and sewer needs. Here is what is painted on the side of our truck, and what we do every day.

01

Septic tank cleaning

We pump your tank and clean out the solids before they run into your drain field and cause damage that cannot be undone.

02

Septic inspections

Buying a home? We inspect the system first, so you know what you are getting before you sign.

03

Riser and lid installation

A riser at the height you choose means no more digging up your yard for every pumping, and it can be mulched over.

04

Sewer jetting

High pressure hydro jetting clears clogs and roots from lines 2 to 12 inches.

05

Camera and locate

We find and document your underground drainage lines and diagnose the problem before anyone digs.

06

Grease traps

Grease trap and interceptor cleaning with an annual inspection for restaurants and food businesses.

We also remove other liquid wastes and grits. Call us and tell us what you have.

Septic

Pump every 3 to 5 years and skip the bad day

Over time your tank collects solids, and bacteria only break so much of it down. If you never pump, solids run into the drain field and the damage cannot be reversed. If your whole home is backing up, it has probably been too long since the last cleaning.

If you do not regularly pump your septic tank, you will eventually have a back up in your home, and more often than not, at the least convenient time.

Risers and lids

No more digging up your yard

South Carolina code does not require a riser on your septic tank, but access has real advantages. When we install a riser and lid, you save money on regular pumping, you can check on your system quickly, and the lid can be set at the height you want so it blends into the landscaping and can be mulched over.

Sewer

Jetting, locating and drain cleaning

Jetting cleans sewer lines of buildup and blockage. Our unit handles lines 2 to 12 inches and can break through the toughest blockages. We are also equipped to cut through roots, which are a common intruder of septic and sewer lines.

Camera and locate

We have the experience and tools to locate and document your underground drainage lines. Let us diagnose your drainage issues, pinpoint the problem sewer line, and map out a plan to keep your system in shape.

Certified Grease Waste Hauler for the City of Anderson

Call us to schedule your grease trap or grease interceptor cleaning and annual inspection. Anderson is putting a program in place to keep fats, oils and grease out of the environment, and we are here to help you stay on the right side of it.

Left alone, grease in a trap turns acidic and eats away at the system, even metal and concrete. A badly impacted interceptor has to be pulled out and replaced. A regular cleaning avoids clogged lines and lost business, and we will set you up on a reliable service schedule based on your needs and what your local government requires.

“First time septic system owner and first time having our system serviced. Justin came right on time and did a great job. He took care to explain the operation of the system to me and show me how it works and things to be mindful of (no grease, wipes, etc) to be put into the system. He did the job very quickly and neatly and took the time to ensure that the site was clean before he left. He provided recommendations for regular / periodic system maintenance to avoid more costly repairs and I will follow his advice. It's great to find someone who is honest, does what they say they'll do and provides the service at a fair price. Definitely a 5 star experience!”

He knows his stuff, found the lid to the septic tank immediately. Pumped and did some additional repair all at a very reasonable price. Restored the area where he dug.
